Heather Elvis Murder Case: Witness Donald DeMarino, Tammy's cousin, says he saw a picture of Heather Elvis on a Phone at Tammy and Sidney Moorer's house. The Prosecution asked when he saw that picture if it looks like Heather could Talk or Walk. He says NO. Not heard of this picture !!! Guilty !!!

Heather Elvis Murder Case Witness Donald DeMarino says he saw a picture of Heather Elvis on a phone at Tammy and Sidney Moorer's house. The prosecution asked when he saw that picture if it looks like Heather could talk or walk ? He says NO !!
 Not heard of this picture !!! Guilty !!!!!!! Have seen him before though. This Witness. 
He was in the SM trial too. Gave same evidence. Defense made him out to be a liar as they tried again to do today. 
 This Cousin / Witness did not go to the Police. He told his Cellmate about the picture of HE. His Cellmate then snitched and told the Guards. Then the Prosecutors went to him and he told everything. 
 Remember to, the Judge in SM trial was a friend of the Moorer family. Judge was against Justice for Heather. He even shock SM hand. 

 IMO Witness / Cousin Donald is telling the Truth ...    

 Tammy's 2nd cousin said he attended a picnic and was shown a pic by SM of a dead HE  

 What kind of people are these? (tammy and sidney) They show up at his parents at 10:00 at night on Christmas eve with their kids, first time in years, unannounced and promptly unload information to his mother about his adulterous affair and now they are having a family cook out and Sidney pops out a cell phone shows a picture of his girlfriend's deceased body. What does Sidney do next, probably grabs some hot wings and a hot dog..moving on..  

 Mother n law and Cousin testify against Tammy !!! Wow ...  

 Sm mom was on stand saying how they showed up out of no where on Christmas and how

 Tm told her she beat the hell out of him. And she made him get a tattoo of her name on him. 

Tammy’s cuz was just up there and said he saw a picture of heather on a phone at the 

moorers house unable to walk or talk .... 

 Tammy's Cousin is an uneducated man. He did not even know what Perjury meant. Plus he uses drugs like SM. SM showed him a pic of HE not able to move nor walk. On a Burner phone. Again he was confused by the Defense attorney, they are terrible anyway. Uneducated, did not know the meaning of Perjury. He told a Cell mate about the pic of HE. Cell mate told the guards who told the Police. TM and SM Guilty
