China has been Cheating the US and The World on Tariffs for Decades

 China has gotten away with High Tariffs of items going into their country

forever now. Decades. However, us and the rest of the world are held hostage

because if we Raise Tariffs to their level, they go even higher ...

 President Trump is correct. China is robbing everyone.

However it's been allowed to go on so long it may be impossible to

have a fair trade with China. Other Presidents failed us.
