Sidney Moorer could make Parole as Early as : 10/29/2018. True Crimes. Family and Friends of Heather Elvis must try and stop this by going to the Parole Hearing. Sidney Moorer shouldn't be aloud out until 2021 at the earliest. Plus he has Charges Pending.

Usually the first time up for Parole the Inmate doesn't get out ..  

However, Sidney can have a Lawyer speak on his behalf 

and try and get him out .. 

Praying he stays in Prison where he belongs
